The Science of Event Alchemy is where we demonstrate an almost obsessive attention to detail (which basically means you don’t have to read it all, as long as you get that we get it, feel free just to enjoy the video!):

Identifying a suitable venue
We will help to find the right venue, suitable for the event you wish to create, anything from Airport hotels to Zoological gardens.

Technical visit
A technical site visit is best undertaken before contracts are signed, this is the time for us to find out for you what can be created. We take detailed measurements, photos and notes and will use this detail as the basis for our plans, meaning when we say it will fit, it will fit.

3D room plans
We draw all of our venue rooms in 3D, allowing us/you to view the room from the audience’s perspective, making sure that everyone can see the screen and how the set appears from every angle. Once we have a room and a set, we can theme and design the stage and create stunning visuals for you to see your meeting as it really will be.

Crew and equipment specification & event scheduling
The secret behind a successful event is in the right team, with the right kit, being in the right place at the right time.

Directing & Show calling
Experience is key when it comes to ‘calling’ or directing a show. When everything goes smoothly it looks simple enough – and that’s how we like it to stay – but sometimes things change on the fly and that is when experience brings its rewards.

Detailed costings
As a matter of course, we provide line-by-line cost breakdowns, so you can keep track of changes and amendments from start to finish.

Export documents and carnets
If your event is travelling further afield we will prepare import/export documentation, carnets, certificates of conformity and any other paperwork which may be required.

Print support
We offer the full range of print support, from design and creation of badging and welcome packs through to agendas, abstracts, menus, signage in fact anything you need in relation to your event which is printed.

Full indemnity
It’s comforting to know that you are working with a company which takes its liabilities and responsibilities seriously. We carry comprehensive insurance cover to ensure that our service will always be interruption free.

Health and safety compliance
The old H&S chestnut. We like to think we have it cracked (excuse the pun). With Over 15 years of experience in dealing with health and safety, we have systems for preparing Methods Statements and Risk Assessments for all of our projects – so that we can save ourselves time (and therefore save you money) in the preparation stages. On-site we take our responsibilities seriously and only work with the best and well trained.
